What Is Our Product Warranty?

Items purchased online at can be submitted for warranty review within one (1) year from the date of purchase.

For warranty related issues on items purchased directly from, please contact and provide pictures of the item to be warrantied, a brief description of the issue and copy of the original receipt. Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Projob Workwear..
Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for Projob Workwear.

Defective items that fall under Projob’s warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge, if that item is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item.

​How Can I Exchange A Product?

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original order as described above and place a new order for the correct item.

Please note: The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

How Long Will It Take To Be Refunded?

Approved returns will be processed and refunded as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible at 1 (800) 363-2237. If the order status is still in process, we will be able to cancel it.

Please note that we ship the majority of our orders within24 hours. If the order that you wish to cancel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
